DESCRIPTION:Join us for a tour of The Factory before Bethlehem Area Vo-te
 ch moves in! The Factory was opened in 2019 as a business incubator in o
 ne of the old Bethlehem Steel buildings. It is a 40\,000 square foot buili
 ding that was converted to a unique meeting space for various startup comp
 anies in the food and beverage space. The building has been sold to Bethle
 hem Area School District and will soon become a second campus for the Beth
 lehem Area Vo-Tech School.\n\nThe building in it's current state has some 
 amazing features that have been restored from the Bethlehem Steel era\, co
 mbined with several very unique amenities that would be seen in modern wor
 kspaces. The mechanical\, electrical\, and HVAC systems have all been red
 one while sparing no expense. It is truly a unique space that will soon b
 e totally transformed into new vocational technical shops such as athleti
 c training and aviation mechanics.\n\nThis will be a walking tour - plea
