Board of Directors – Leading the Way
The IFMA Lehigh Valley Chapter is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors who volunteer their time, energy, and expertise to support our mission and serve our members. This leadership team ensures the Chapter operates smoothly, plans strategically for the future, and creates opportunities for professional growth and connection across the facility management community.
Each board member brings a unique perspective and skill set to the table, working together to foster a welcoming, innovative, and member-driven organization. Committee chairs are included in all board meetings.
Chapter Leadership (2025-2027 term)

President: Martin Donohue
Provides overall leadership and vision for the Chapter. Serves as the primary liaison between our local group and IFMA International.
About Martin: With over 10 years of experience in Facilities and Operations, Martin has had the opportunity to lead teams, manage complex properties, and drive operational improvements. He has been an engaged IFMA member for the past three years, committed to supporting the growth and success of the Lehigh Valley chapter as we continue to expand our reach and impact.

Vice President: Kristy Goodhile
Supports the President and helps coordinate chapter operations, stepping in when needed to lead meetings or initiatives.
About Kristy: With over 20 years of experience in the mechanical service industry, Kristy brings a well-rounded perspective to facilities and operations through her background in dispatch, account management, and sales. As Regional Service Manager for Southland Industries, she plays a key role in supporting clients across the Lehigh Valley. A dedicated IFMA Lehigh Valley member since 2017, Kristy has led our Programs Committee since 2021 and continues to be a driving force in delivering value and connection to our chapter.

Treasurer: Wayne Holmberg
Manages the Chapter’s finances, including budgeting, reporting, and keeping us on solid financial footing.
About Wayne: Wayne is the Director of Global Facilities Engineering at Victaulic and has been a long-standing member of the Lehigh Valley IFMA Chapter. He has faithfully served as Treasurer for 20 years, bringing consistency, organization, and financial oversight to the chapter. Wayne’s industry knowledge and commitment to IFMA make him a valued and trusted part of our leadership team.

Secretary: George Calaba
Maintains records, meeting minutes, and ensures organizational documents are accurate and up to date.
About George: George has been the Director of Facilities Management and Operations at Lehigh Carbon Community College for the past six years. Before that, he spent much of his career as a State Park Operations Manager with the PA Bureau of State Parks, bringing decades of leadership and a unique public-sector perspective to his current role.
A dedicated member of IFMA Lehigh Valley and the Lehigh Valley Facilities Manager Workgroup, George is passionate about collaboration and advancing the profession. Originally from the Pittsburgh area (go Steelers!), he’s lived in the Lehigh Valley for over 20 years with his wife Amy, where they raised their three children

Immediate Past President: Michael Gibson
About Michael: A Penn State graduate with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael has held a wide range of leadership roles throughout his career. He now consults with construction firms to strengthen their sales and marketing strategies at Ondra-Huyett associates.
Michael is IFMA Lehigh Valley’s immediate past President, and continues to support the chapter with his industry expertise and long-standing commitment to the facilities community.

Scholarship
The IFMA Lehigh Valley Chapter awards two annual scholarships to current professional members pursuing the CFM or FMP credentials through IFMA International.
