Each group plays a vital role in shaping the member experience, planning events, and guiding the direction of the Lehigh Valley Chapter. Serving on a committee is a fantastic way to grow your network, strengthen leadership skills, and make a direct impact in our FM community.

Membership Committee 

Focused on growing and retaining our membership base, this team connects with current and prospective members to ensure they feel welcomed, informed, and engaged.

Program Committee 

Plans, develops, and promotes the Chapter’s educational sessions and networking events. If you’re passionate about professional development and event planning, this is the committee for you.

Communications Committee 

Manages all marketing and communications, including social media, newsletters, and the website. Great for anyone with a creative streak or marketing background.
