The Factory Tour
Join us for a tour of The Factory before Bethlehem Area Vo-tech moves in! The Factory was opened in 2019 as a business incubator in one of the old Bethlehem Steel buildings. It is a 40,000 square foot builiding that was converted to a unique meeting space for various startup companies in the food and beverage space. The building has been sold to Bethlehem Area School District and will soon become a second campus for the Bethlehem Area Vo-Tech School.
The building in it’s current state has some amazing features that have been restored from the Bethlehem Steel era, combined with several very unique amenities that would be seen in modern workspaces. The mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems have all been redone while sparing no expense. It is truly a unique space that will soon be totally transformed into new vocational technical shops such as athletic training and aviation mechanics.
This will be a walking tour – please make sure to wear proper footwear.
